The Onelog administrators in the CERGE-EI Library are the librarians Jana Koudelková.
Professors, researchers and students, interested in using Onelog, should send an email to the administrators who will provide the interested person with username and password.
All users, (also previously registered in Ultra*Access), must personally sign the agreement "Restriction of Onelog Use", which can be obtained also by e-mail request or personally at the library circulation desk.

After login to Onelog and then after the first click on any of selected resource, the computer requires installation of Citrix ICA Client:
1. Click the Download Now button to download Citrix ICA Client.
2. Save the installation file on your computer in a known place.
3. Run the downloaded installation program to install Citrix ICA Client on your computer.
4. After installation you must restart your browser in order to use Citrix ICA Client.
You must have permission to install software on your computer, if necessary contact your IT department.
Once Citrix ICA Client is installed, you do not need to repeat this operation before next using the Onelog portal.

Solution of common problems:
  • When the message "Procotol Driver Error" appears, go to Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Local Intranet -> Sites -> Advanced - then add the URL for the server http://libultra.cerge.cuni.cz:8080
  • All Pop-up Blockers must be disabled
  • Problem with "Save as" by CD sources: when users click "Save As" they should be presented with the usual screen - when they select the drop downbox to choose the drive, they wish to save on you should see some drive letters.
    C$ on 'Client'(U:)
    D$ on 'Client' (V$)
These relate to the clients local C: and D: drives, they should be able to save to there (help). If asked, it is needed to allow Full Acces (help).
  • Onelog update was done 7.2.2007. If you have any problem, try following: uninstall a Multiresource client from your computer and THEN install new version of the Muliresource client: download for MSIE, download for Firefox.
